My client is seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and grow the marketing function for their security systems business, which operates across two core divisions:
Security Systems Installation & Maintenance – installing and maintaining advanced CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated security solutions.
Security Software Development – providing innovative software platforms designed to enhance loss prevention, operational efficiency, and in-store security.
As this is a new role, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of developing the company’s marketing strategy, building the marketing function, and driving brand visibility, lead generation, and positioning across both divisions. The role will also involve close collaboration with the wider group marketing team and with marketing counterparts across other companies within the group.
This is a hands-on role suited to a self-starter with proven experience setting up or significantly developing a marketing function in a B2B technology or security-focused environment.
You will be focusing on strategic leadership, brand and product marketing, digital marketing and lead generation, content and communication, collaboration & stakeholder management and analytics & reporting.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or senior marketing professional responsible for strategy development.
Experience in the security industry, technology, SaaS, or B2B professional services strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build or significantly develop a marketing function from the ground up.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, brand, content, and product marketing.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and automation tools.
Background in managing cross-company or multi-brand marketing environments is beneficial.
