Marketing & Social Media Executive (Maternity Cover)

This role is crucial for executing marketing strategies, supporting product management, and enhancing brand visibility across European markets. Day-to-day of the role:
Marketing & Content
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
Create, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, press releases, and digital channels.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Contribute to distribution marketing, including banner creation and keyword suggestions.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
Schedule and publish content, aiming for approximately 2 posts per week on LinkedIn.
Monitor engagement and produce basic performance reports.
Events & Exhibitions
Coordinate trade shows and marketing events, approximately 1–2 annually.
Liaise with organisers and support the preparation of marketing materials.
Update product displays, QR codes, and collateral.
Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Monitor campaign performance and media coverage.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Marketing Materials & Projects
Assist in producing brochures, presentations, sales kits, and sample materials.
Support video production coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
Contribute to SEO and digital advertising efforts, including keyword research and optimisation.
Collaboration & Administration
Work closely with international teams to ensure brand consistency.
Support internal marketing initiatives and digital platforms.
Handle administrative tasks, such as POs, ordering materials, and coordinating production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a marketing role, including internships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and basic analytics.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Fluent in English and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Desirable
Marketing degree or related qualification.
Experience with email marketing tools.
Exposure to Salesforce or Pardot.
Video editing experience, e.g., Adobe Premiere.
Additional European language or Japanese.
