Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Brighton. This role will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Support campaign strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for effectiveness
Digital Marketing
Manage and update company website content (CMS platforms)
Assist with SEO and PPC initiatives to improve online visibility
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
Support email marketing campaigns, including creation, segmentation, and reporting
Content Creation
Develop high-quality marketing content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social posts
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content
Data & Reporting
Track and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
Produce regular reports on campaign performance and ROI
Use data insights to inform future marketing activity
Brand & Communications
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Assist with PR, communications, and external partnerships where required
Support the development of marketing collateral and assets
Event & Project Support
Assist in the coordination and promotion of events, exhibitions, or webinars
Work alongside events or sales teams to maximise marketing impact
Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience in a marketing role (e.g. Marketing Assistant or Executive)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, email platforms)
Desirable
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
Experience using design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience working in [insert sector – e.g. recruitment, B2B, tech]
