We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to lead content creation for our manufacturing brand. This role will focus on translating complex technical products and processes into engaging, accessible, and visually compelling content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
You will be responsible for producing a wide variety of content across digital and offline channels, helping position the business as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats, including:
Blog articles, case studies, and technical guides
Website copy and landing pages
Video scripts, product demos, and behind-the-scenes manufacturing content
Social media posts (especially LinkedIn)
Translate technical and engineering information into clear, customer-friendly messaging
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and sales to gather insights and develop content ideas
Develop visual storytelling content showcasing production processes, innovation, and company culture
Support marketing campaigns with creative concepts and content assets
Optimise content for SEO and digital performance
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and terminology
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in content creation, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities
Experience creating both written and visual content (video, photography, or similar)
Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts
Familiarity with SEO and content performance tracking tools
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects
Desirable Skills
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut)
