Marketing Co Ordinator

Join a dynamic team in a specialist provider of engineering solutions, currently ranked as one of the fastest-growing privately owned companies in Kent. They are looking for a multi-skilled Marketing Coordinator to handle a variety of marketing activities and support our growth in the UK and internationally. Please note this role is onsite

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage in a wide range of marketing activities including CRM reporting, product marketing, customer surveys, content writing, and more.
• Update website content, support webinars and events, and create advertising materials.
• Design brochures and flyers, and assist with videography and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support our overseas teams with marketing needs.
• Manage tasks through our HR system and Monday.com, ensuring all quarterly objectives and KPIs are met.
• Handle reactive tasks from the marketing inbox and perform various marketing administration duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver to an exceptional standard.
• Highly organised, flexible, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, honest, accountable, and a team player.
• Familiarity with Canva, Hubspot, Wordpress, Sleeknote, Monday.com, YouTube Studio, Chat GPT is advantageous.
• CIM or other marketing qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
