Brand Manager (D2C)

Location: Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Manager to join a growing direct-to-consumer business operating within the subscription services sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established brand and lead a significant rebrand project, helping to shape how the business is positioned in the market while driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

You'll be a key member of the marketing team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver a consistent and compelling brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of a full brand refresh and repositioning project.
  • Manage brand strategy and ensure consistency across all online and offline channels.
  • Oversee and manage social media content across all platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, product, and commercial teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing initiatives that support subscription growth and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar senior marketing role.
  • Experience within a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
  • Exposure to subscription-based products or services.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience leading or supporting a rebrand or brand transformation project.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience managing social media and content strategies would be advantageous.

What's on Offer?

  • The opportunity to lead a high-profile rebrand project.
  • A collaborative and ambitious working environment.
  • Real ownership and autonomy within the role.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on a growing brand.
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.

If you're passionate about building brands, thrive in a fast-paced D2C environment, and are excited by the challenge of delivering a business-wide rebrand, we'd love to hear from you.
