Brand Coordinator & Administrator

Join a prestigious consumer products business specialising in licensed character brands and children's products. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Brand Coordinator & Administrator to join our busy Brand Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to develop a career within brand management, licensing, marketing, or PR.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the day-to-day management of brand and licensing activities.
  • Coordinate product, marketing, and licensing approvals through brand owner systems.
  • Maintain licensing records, contracts, and approval documentation.
  • Assist with licence renewal presentations and brand pitches.
  • Create and update retailer presentations and listing information.
  • Maintain brand assets, product information, and internal databases.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and new brand initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure projects progress smoothly.
  • Assist in showroom organisation and presentations via PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate awards submissions and associated administration.
  • Support trade show planning, including diary management, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and post-event reporting.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Provide administrative support to the Brand Team and wider business.
  • Produce sales, performance, and business reports.
  • Maintain accurate databases, records, and filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and take meeting notes where required.
  • Process and track approvals, documentation, and internal requests.
  • Assist with invoice processing and purchase order administration.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and business documentation.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and event logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordinator, marketing, PR, or brand support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience creating presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Canva.
  • Exposure to brand management, licensing, marketing, or consumer products industries.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or exhibitions.
