Reed in Teesside are recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency in Middlesbrough onsite at one of their developments. This on-site opportunity is suited to a motivated and professional individual who can build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues while supporting a fast-paced lettings environment. The position offers the chance to work within a customer-focused team where attention to detail, effective communication, and commercial awareness are highly valued. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high service standards and supporting the continued growth of the business through a proactive and organised approach. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a rental / lettings capacity.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords, providing a professional and responsive service at all stages of the lettings process.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting properties effectively and addressing customer queries with confidence and accuracy.
- Support the progression of tenancy agreements, referencing, and associated documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate property and client records using internal systems, ensuring all information is up to date and well organised.
- Contribute to project performance by identifying opportunities to increase lettings activity and maintain strong client relationships.
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience within estate agency, lettings and property management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively within a busy office setting.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of delivering high levels of customer service in a target-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for conducting property viewings and attending appointments.
