HR and Recruitment Administrator

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, Hybrid 2 days a week | 35 hour working week

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience? I am recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to provide vital support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping to ensure hiring activity runs smoothly from vacancy approval through to onboarding.

Working as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating interviews, meeting room bookings, virtual interview links and candidate communications
  • Supporting the creation, posting and administration of job advertisements and candidate applications
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking system updates and hiring documentation
  • Liaising with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and external recruitment agencies to coordinate recruitment activity
  • Preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates and onboarding information as required
  • Delivering a professional, inclusive and responsive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

What they're looking for

  • Previous experience in administration, HR support, recruitment coordination or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence building relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • A commitment to accuracy and providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with recruitment, HR or applicant tracking systems
