Reed Education are currently recruiting for an experienced HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Greenwich for a long-term role starting in September 2026.

This role will involve supporting learning across Upper KS2, including covering classes when required and delivering targeted intervention support.

About the Role

  • Supporting teaching and learning across Years 5 and 6
  • Delivering small group interventions and whole class cover
  • Supporting pupils to achieve strong academic outcomes
  • Working closely with teachers and senior staff
  • Contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an HLTA or strong TA ready to step up
  • Experience supporting KS2 pupils (Upper KS2 preferred)
  • Confident covering classes when needed
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive, flexible and reliable approach
