Curriculum Administrator -Sport (Maternity Cover)
37 hours per week (Term Time - 38 weeks)
£20,248 per annum (pro rata)
Reed Further Education are recruiting for a Curriculum Administrator to support a busy Sport faculty within a Further Education setting, in Northampton
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting both staff and students in a fast-paced educational environment.
The Role
You will provide high-quality administrative support across the department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the faculty.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head of Faculty and curriculum team with general administration
Organising meetings, managing diaries and taking accurate minutes
Tracking student attendance, absence and performance data
Supporting key events such as open days, parents’ evenings and enrolment
Liaising with internal teams including MIS, Marketing and Student Services
Acting as a key point of contact for students, parents and external stakeholders
Producing reports, timetables and general communications
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Understanding of data handling and confidentiality
