18-Month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid Working | 2 Days Office-Based 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are working with a well-established organisation seeking a Finance & Project Analyst to join their team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with experience in facilities management, property, construction, estates, or project support to play a key role in delivering business-critical initiatives. Working closely with operational and project stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and improve overall performance across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse facilities, property and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards and management information to support business decisions.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, budgets and KPIs.
  • Support planning and delivery of facilities and construction-related projects.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to assets, contracts, maintenance schedules and supplier performance.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency across the department.

About You

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Estates, Projects or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and present clear recommendations.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within a project-led environment would be advantageous.
