Finance Officer
Full-Time, Permanent and fully office based
Are you an experienced finance professional with a background in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Payroll Administration?
We are looking for a proactive Finance Officer to join a busy finance team. This role will take ownership of customer invoicing, debt collection and payroll support, helping to ensure strong cash flow and accurate financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process.
- Monitor the aged debtors ledger and proactively collect outstanding payments.
- Resolve customer account queries and maintain accurate sales ledger records.
- Support payroll processing, including timesheet verification and payroll amendments.
- Assist with pension administration and payroll reconciliations.
- Process supplier invoices and support payment runs.
- Support month-end reconciliations and finance reporting.
About You
- Experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Finance Administration role.
- Payroll administration experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good Excel and finance systems knowledge.
- AAT qualification or experience with Xero/ Sage would be advantageous.
