Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and commercially aware Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our client's Senior Leadership Team and key executives.
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You will become a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping to drive accountability, improve communication, coordinate priorities, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of business activities. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple responsibilities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and working closely with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to senior executives and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, schedules, and communications.
- Track actions, deadlines, and key business priorities, ensuring accountability across the leadership team.
- Act as a central point of contact for employees, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, enquiries, and correspondence professionally.
- Support leadership with customer and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and monitor progress against agreed actions.
- Complete a variety of administrative and organisational tasks that support wider business operations.
- Maintain company records, documentation, and administrative systems.
- Help ensure the office environment remains professional, organised, and welcoming.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities, visitors, and general office administration.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest levels of integrity and discretion.
- Develop a strong understanding of business strategy, team dynamics, and organisational priorities, acting as a trusted sounding board and second pair of eyes for senior leaders.
