About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes and driving business performance.
You will be responsible for [core purpose of role – e.g. managing a caseload of civil and clinical negligence matters, advising clients, and progressing claims], ensuring excellence across all areas of responsibility.
During the probation period, this role will be office-based. Following successful completion of probation, hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality casework in line with business objectives
Manage a caseload of civil and/or medical negligence claims from instruction through to conclusion
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analyse evidence and provide clear, practical legal advice
Manage deadlines, compliance requirements and case progression effectively
Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives
About You
We are looking for someone who is experienced in civil and/or medical negligence work, highly organised with strong attention to detail, an excellent communicator both written and verbal, proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Qualified Solicitor with experience in civil litigation and/or medical negligence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent client care and communication abilities
Ability to manage a caseload independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience handling complex or high-value negligence claims
Familiarity with relevant protocols and procedures
