About the Role
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to support a busy in-house team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a professional environment, supporting a range of administrative and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Organising files and supporting the team with filing processes, including:
File opening and closing procedures
Scanning and maintaining both hard copy and electronic records
Arranging signing and approval of documents on behalf of the team
Supporting the team with file management tasks, including:
Updating key dates in shared calendars
Assisting with post-completion administrative processes
Supporting project work aimed at improving procedures and processes
Providing general administrative support as required
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a strong administrative or coordination role
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous but not essential
Additional Information
Office attendance required 2 days per week (team typically in Monday & Wednesday)
Wednesday attendance is essential, second office day flexible
Candidates based in Basingstoke must be willing to travel to the Bournemouth office occasionally (e.g. once per month)
