Join an established and growing insurance brokerage as an Account Handler, supporting an Account Executive in managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Day-to-day of the role:
Manage client enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy changes efficiently.
Liaise with insurers to obtain quotations and negotiate terms to meet client needs.
Support the Account Executive in retaining and growing client relationships through proactive service.
Produce accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a commercial insurance broking environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial policies including Property, Liability, and Combined.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Cert CII qualification is desirable or candidates should be working towards it.
