Entry requirements

This course is suitable for you if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Experienced in an entry or mid-level HR or L&D role

  • Educated to degree level and seeking to study L&D at a higher level than the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate

  • Seeking to fast track your career in learning & development and keen to develop specialist knowledge, skills and confidence

  • Looking to step into a managerial role such as Learning & Development Manager (with typical salaries from £50,000 to £80,000)


CIPD Level 5 module list

To be awarded the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development, you’ll need to successfully complete three core units, three specialist units and an additional specialist unit of your choice.

Most learners spread the seven units over 18 months, spending two or three months on each unit.
