We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team in the food industry. This role is pivotal in supporting the technical department, ensuring that all operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and customers to uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and other team members.
• Liaise with different departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate effective communication.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Keep technical staff informed about current procedures and protocols.
• Manage the flow of information into and out of the technical department.
• Coordinate audit information and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare detailed technical reports as required by management.
• Represent the Technical department in meetings and discussions as necessary.
• Draft specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Recommend system improvements based on findings.
• Maintain and update all relevant databases related to technical operations.
• Coordinate customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the food or drink industry.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using MS Office and database management.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
