Are you an experienced Compliance Manager, Sustainability Manager or Quality Manager looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact?

We're recruiting for a newly created opportunity that combines Compliance Management, Sustainability Management, Quality Management, Product Compliance and Data Management within a successful manufacturing environment. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, influence business strategy and drive continuous improvement across multiple departments.

The successful Compliance Manager will take ownership of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Regulatory Compliance, Product Compliance and business Data Management systems while supporting operational excellence and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Quality

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Ensure ongoing ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the business.
• Manage corrective actions, root cause analysis and quality KPIs.
• Lead internal and external audits.

Sustainability & Environmental Management

• Lead the Environmental Management System.
• Maintain ISO 14001 standards and certification.
• Support sustainability, ESG and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Monitor environmental performance and compliance.

Product Compliance & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage all Product Compliance activities.
• Support CE and UKCA compliance requirements.
• Maintain technical and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure ongoing Regulatory Compliance.
• Manage Proposition 65 compliance data.

Data Management & Reporting

• Own and improve the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Ensure product and business data accuracy.
• Develop KPI reporting and management dashboards.
• Improve data governance, reporting and decision-making processes.

You may currently be working as a:

• Sustainability Manager

• Environmental Manager
• Product Compliance Manager
• Continuous Improvement Manager
• Technical Compliance Manager

You'll ideally have experience with:

• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
• Product Compliance
• Regulatory Compliance
• Data Management
• PIM or ERP systems
• Continuous Improvement projects
• Manufacturing, engineering or technical environments
• Internal and external auditing.
