We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end operational performance across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Lead and manage change, driving continuous improvement across operations.
Provide clear direction and inspire teams to work collaboratively towards shared objectives.
Develop agile, cross-functional teams that are accountable, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Oversee resource planning to align capacity with fluctuating workloads and business demands.
Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to operational standards and systems.
Supply Chain & Planning
Oversee production and repair scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
Align schedules with capacity, materials availability, and customer priorities.
Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of materials from internal and external suppliers.
Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with demand forecasts and business targets.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
Logistics & Inventory Management
Lead all logistics operations, including inbound, internal, and outbound flows.
Ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
Oversee inventory control processes, including forecasting, stock accuracy, and audits.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs and shipping requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line with HSE standards.
Set clear performance objectives aligned with business goals.
Develop team capability through training, coaching, and career development planning.
Foster a positive working culture through effective communication and leadership.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor operational performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed.
Lead and contribute to improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with established processes while identifying opportunities to optimise standards.
