Supply Chain Coordinator (4 Months)

Reed Business Support are looking for a Procurement Administrator / Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic business where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring products, materials, and services are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Day-to-Day of the role:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining procurement and inventory records.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing, and stock issues.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  • Supporting stock management and inventory planning activities.
  • Liaising with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Producing reports and analysing procurement and supply chain data.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
