The Role
We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Desk Receptionist to join our team in Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high standard of customer service.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service desk and providing support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails
Managing the service desk and logging requests accurately
Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
Handling enquiries and directing them to the appropriate teams
Supporting administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
Maintaining records and ensuring all systems are kept up to date
Assisting with coordinating service requests and follow-ups
About You
Previous experience in a reception, service desk, or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
A professional and friendly attitude
