Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant – Finance

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Location: Central London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and collaborative organisation within the financial services sector.

This role will support senior stakeholders and requires a highly organised individual with a strong finance background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level EA/PA support to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an EA/PA within a finance or financial services environment

Visiting Officer

Reed have partnered with a national organisation to recruit a Visiting Officer covering the North Somerset area on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a field-based role where you’ll be on the road visiting commercial properties across North Somerset, managing your own workload and working independently. You will work remotely and take responsibility for a portfolio of commercial buildings. Using your own vehicle, you’ll visit each property approximately once every three months. These properties are recorded as ‘empty’, and your role will be to verify this status. Where occupation has changed, you’ll update records to ensure National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) are accurate. You’ll be home-based, with equipment including a laptop and work phone provided. There is also access to a local office in Clevedon should you need a base for administrative work. All mileage is fully expensed from the moment you leave home at 45p per mile.
