  • Support new product introductions, ensuring supplier readiness and successful production launches.
  • Drive process capability improvements, defect reduction, and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Lead structured root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Whys, and similar methodologies.
  • Monitor supplier quality metrics and ensure compliance with quality management systems and specifications.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Plastics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant Supplier Quality Engineering experience within plastics, electromechanical, or mechanical manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of injection moulding, tooling, plastics processing, and supplier quality systems.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, GD&T, statistical process control, and supplier audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to travel internationally as required.

Desirable Experience

  • Mold flow analysis, tooling qualification, and plastics material selection.
  • Electromechanical components such as switches, sensors, motors, or precision mechanisms.
  • ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949 quality standards.
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to work within a global, technology-led manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to innovative products and international supplier networks.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Strong career development and continuous improvement culture.

You will receive an excellent Salary and Benefits package, along with opportunities for progression.
