Senior Project Administrator

• Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
My client is seeking a Senior Project Administrator to join their team for a 2-year project, with the potential for extension. This role is ideal for someone who excels in general administrative duties, including managing meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining up-to-date systems. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and requires a commitment to a full-time schedule.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and project needs.
• Organise and schedule meetings, ensuring all parties are informed of and prepared for the meetings.
• Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
• Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Generate regular reports as required by the project team or management.
• Update and maintain project systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and coordinate project activities.
• Manage and control documentation
• Compile and issue work control documents
• Collate daily work progress documentation
• Engage with new starts and contractors, ensuring smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a project-based environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in minute-taking and report writing.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
