Our client, a well-established organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking a professional and highly organised Turkish-speaking Executive Secretary to provide dedicated support to their Managing Director. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails, telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's diary, arranging internal and external meetings and handling all associated logistics.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel bookings, including itineraries and accommodation.
  • Process expense claims and invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely approval for payment.
  • Coordinate new equipment requests and work closely with IT teams to support branch operations.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and guests.
  • Offer ad hoc personal assistance to the Managing Director as required.
  • Support the organisation of team-building activities, social events, and internal functions.
  • Assist Branch Management with additional administrative and operational duties as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be fluent in both Turkish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Have previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar senior administrative support role.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess a proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
  • Be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
