Reed Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in Bracknell for an Interventions Lead to join their dedicated and supportive team from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering targeted interventions that improve student outcomes, attendance, engagement, and wellbeing.

The Role

As Interventions Lead, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate intervention programmes for students requiring additional support.
  • Monitor and track student progress, ensuring interventions have a measurable impact.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, parents, and external agencies.
  • Identify students who would benefit from targeted academic, behavioural, attendance, or wellbeing support.
  • Analyse data to inform intervention strategies and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Support vulnerable students and contribute to the school's inclusive approach to education.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports relating to intervention programmes.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of student support and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience analysing data and monitoring student progress.
  • The ability to motivate and support young people to succeed.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
