Reed are supporting a Nationally recognised organisation that are on the hunt for a Regional HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis due continuing growth of the business. 

Role- Regional HR Manager 

Location- Stirling (with travel) 

Salary- £50,000-£53,000 

Working pattern- 40 hours Monday- Friday 

Reporting to and working in partnership with the HR Director, the RHRM will develop and deliver the HR strategy, annual action plans to support the business growth and objectives. The RHRM will provide highly effective, commercial HR advice and support for approx. 80 venues within their region.  Having full responsibility centring on the employee life cycle, driving people management strategy, talent management and change management to ensure HR is a value adding service provider, with the focus being delivery results.

Duties- 

  • Provide full generalist first line advice to the Area Managers, Store Managers etc
  • Support and be in attendance at the more complexed disciplinary, performance management and grievance cases.
  • Minimize the risk to the business through strong leadership on ER cases and employment law matters.
  • Lead and develop Area Managers & Store Managers to continuously improve and deliver the HR processes and to be commercially focused.
  • Review and monitor the weekly HR administration tracker. Any outstanding issues for your area chase and action.
  • Produce monthly KPI reports for the Head of HR.
  • Produce annual year on year reports for the Head of HR.
  • Devise Personal Improvement Plans in collaboration with the Area Managers
  • Support with business development, expansion and acquisition work
  • Oversee the administration function 
  • Oversee recruitment activities for the business and identify recruitment gaps 
  • Implement HR strategy for the business 
  • Delivering various training
