Day-to-Day of The Role

 

You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
• Negotiating offers and terms of business.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
• Achieving sales and placement targets.
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
