Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the management of specific product categories, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with various internal teams including development, marketing, and sales to drive product success and profitability.
Develop comprehensive product strategies and maintain responsibility for the entire product lifecycle.
Keep abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that impact the product line.
Explore and identify new market opportunities to enhance the product range.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials and product communications.
Lead the planning and execution of new product introductions and marketing campaigns.
Analyze market data to inform product pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
Act as a primary product advocate, supporting sales initiatives and providing detailed product, market, and competitive analyses.
Deliver training and support to internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A solid background of at least 5 years in product management within the electrical or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical capabilities and a methodical approach to problem resolution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and independently.
