Key responsibilities:
Conduct product and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Create and optimise product listings (SEO, images, descriptions, and A+ content)
Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment planning, and coordinate FBA shipments
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Manage product listings, content, and collections on the company website
Optimise the customer journey to drive conversions and improve user experience
Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and marketing campaigns
Monitor website analytics and ensure smooth order processing and customer communication
Requirements:
Proven experience in Amazon FBA/FBM administration.
Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and PPC.
Familiarity with research tools such as Helium10 and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Graphic design or content creation skills are a bonus.
Experience in launching products or scaling e-commerce brands is advantageous.
