We are seeking a PPC Specialist with a robust background in building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an eCommerce setting. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, takes full ownership of campaign performance, and is passionate about driving measurable results. Please note candidates must be Kent based as this role is onsite.
Day-to-day of the role:
Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
Take a hands-on approach to campaign setup, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Manage and scale eCommerce campaigns, including product feeds, Merchant Center, and Shopping ads.
Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Analyse competitor activity, keyword trends, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and web to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.
Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and present campaign performance to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Strong hands-on experience in campaign build and optimisation.
Experience working with eCommerce clients or brands is essential or highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable decisions.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximise ROI.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
