Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate production and quality issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Analyse process data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.

About You

  • Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent).
  • Experience within a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process control.
  • Proactive approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with NPI, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement projects.
