The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Inspire pupils to develop a positive attitude towards education.
• Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure the best outcomes for every learner.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to education.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching within a primary setting.
• Is passionate about supporting children who may have faced challenges in their education.
• Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Is resilient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education.
• Has experience working with SEND or SEMH needs, or a strong interest in developing within this area.
