Make a Lasting Difference in Children's Lives
Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives?
We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a specialist education setting that supports children with additional social, emotional and mental health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where relationships, wellbeing and individual progress are valued just as highly as academic achievement.
With small class sizes and a personalised approach to learning, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with pupils and help them develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed to succeed both in school and beyond.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Inspire pupils to develop a positive attitude towards education.
- Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure the best outcomes for every learner.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to education.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching within a primary setting.
- Is passionate about supporting children who may have faced challenges in their education.
- Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Is resilient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education.
- Has experience working with SEND or SEMH needs, or a strong interest in developing within this area.
What We Offer
- Small classes and enhanced staffing support.
- A welcoming and supportive team environment.
- Excellent opportunities for professional development.
- A rewarding role where no two days are the same.
- The chance to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people.
- A school culture that values wellbeing, respect, perseverance and achievement.
