We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified HLTA to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons across the primary age range in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support teaching and learning both in and out of the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers to raise pupil attainment and engagement.
• Provide targeted interventions and support to individuals and small groups.
• Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider school community and support pupils' educational development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification.
• Have previous experience working within a UK Primary School setting.
• Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Have an up-to-date CV outlining recent education experience.
• Be committed, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's learning.
