We are seeking a Drama Tutor to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone passionate about drama and education, looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drama lessons that cater to the needs of diverse student groups.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate drama into a broader curriculum.
- Organise and direct school drama productions or workshops.
- Maintain a positive and stimulating environment that fosters a love of learning and drama.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Drama Tutor or in a similar educational role.
- Strong understanding of drama techniques and education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
