Reed Further Education are working with a leading education provider to recruit a passionate Plumbing & Heating Lecturer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumbing professional or qualified Lecturer looking to inspire the next generation of tradespeople. You'll deliver engaging lessons, support learner achievement, and help develop industry-ready skills.
🛠️ What you'll be doing:
✅ Teaching Plumbing & Heating courses to a range of learners
✅ Supporting learner progress and achievement
✅ Taking part in curriculum development
✅ Attending open days and recruitment events
✅ Promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
🎓 What we're looking for:
✔️ Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant trade
✔️ Industry experience within Plumbing/Construction
✔️ FE/HE teaching experience desirable
✔️ Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills
