We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving early years setting in Chafford Hundred. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take ownership of one of our key sites and make a lasting impact on children, families, and staff.
👶 The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years education
- Ensure the highest standards of childcare, safety, and safeguarding
- Create a nurturing, engaging environment that supports every child’s development
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, compliance, and parent partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong Ofsted standards
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare / Early Years
- Proven experience working within an early years setting
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for child development and safeguarding
- Confidence in managing a busy nursery environment and leading a team
