Stevenage | Full-Time I Salary £30k to £40k (negotiable depending upon experience)

Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership, coordinate a busy service operation, and play a key role within a successful, established, market-leading family-run business?

We are seeking an After Sales and Service Operations Manager to oversee all after-sales activities, manage customer service processes, and coordinate a small team of field-based engineers carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installations.

This is a varied, office-based role where you'll be the central point between customers, engineers, suppliers, and the wider business, ensuring service delivery runs smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

We'd like to hear from you if...

You have experience in service coordination, scheduling, office management, customer service, operations, or after-sales support and are looking for a role with greater responsibility. You may already be a Service Manager or Coordinator, or ready to step up into a broader operational position.  You may also be a competent candidate with good business acumen, looking for a career in operations.

You'll need to have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and good business acumen.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience scheduling, coordinating workloads, or service activities.
• A flexible, professional and proactive approach and the ability to take ownership.
