The Role

As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new employees
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with absence management, holiday tracking, and employee onboarding
• Producing HR reports and updating company systems
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives
• Responding to employee queries and providing day-to-day administrative support
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous HR administration or HR assistant experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally
• A positive and proactive approach to work

Desirable:

✅ CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently studying towards it)
