We are currently recruiting for a temporary part-time Operations Support Administrator to join a friendly, welcoming team based in near Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and administration and is looking for a flexible, short-term role with an immediate start.
Role Details:
12 hours per week (ideally Tuesday & Wednesday, 6 hours per day)
Office Based, Free onsite parking
Immediate start
Temporary, up to 6-week contract
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting clients throughout their journey
Managing bookings and reviews
Updating CRM systems
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Providing general administrative support to the operations team
What We're Looking For:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong customer service skills
Organised and proactive approach
Good IT skills and CRM experience
Able to pick things up quickly and work with minimal supervision
