About the role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts and supporting the full order lifecycle—from initial enquiry through to delivery—ensuring accuracy and excellent service at every stage.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries
  • Providing updates on lead times and delivery schedules
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Raising invoices and applying correct carriage rates
  • Ensuring a smooth, end-to-end customer journey from order receipt to fulfilment

 About you:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar customer service / order processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
