Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll develop the technical knowledge and practical skills required to manage trust matters for a variety of clients, whilst benefiting from ongoing mentoring and support.
The Role
As a Trainee Trust Case Manager, you will gradually develop responsibility for the administration of trusts, ensuring they are managed in accordance with trust documentation, legislation and best practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the administration of trusts for a range of clients
Managing trust cases in line with relevant legislation and procedures
Communicating with clients and parties connected to the trusts
Supporting the management of trust tax matters
Working closely with experienced Trust Managers to develop your technical expertise
Delivering a high standard of client service
Supporting colleagues across the wider trust administration team
About You
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who are looking to establish a long-term career within trusts, estates, private wealth or a related professional services environment.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
An undergraduate Law degree
A genuine interest in trust law, private wealth or fiduciary services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A professional and confidential approach
The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
A desire to learn, develop and undertake professional qualifications
