We are seeking a motivated Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead and develop a growing early years setting.

As Nursery Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education. You will play a key role in driving standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop a team of early years staff
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the nursery
Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements
Maintain high standards of care, learning, and child development
Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
Monitor occupancy, staffing, and performance to support nursery growth
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Cache Childcare qualification
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
