Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 learners with SEN
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in EYFS/KS1 (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to inclusive education and child development
