We are seeking a dedicated multi-skills Lecturer to join our client’s team. This role involves teaching, training, and managing courses in construction and related disciplines, ensuring high-quality standards that meet the college's objectives.

Day-to-day of the role:
•    Teach students across full-time, part-time, and short courses as directed.
•    Act as a course tutor, managing the organisation, administration, and monitoring of student attendance and course evaluations.
•    Provide tutoring and maintain records of achievement, including undertaking placement visits.
•    Counsel students, maintain discipline, and participate in student recruitment activities, such as attending shows and career conventions.
•    Engage in curriculum development to meet changing industrial demands and college planning.
•    Conduct demonstrations and practical activities with students on all courses.
•    Participate in internal verification and auditing processes to ensure exemplary service and attention to all learners.
•    Efficiently complete administrative procedures, maintain statutory and internal records, and manage asset registers.
•    Assist in the maintenance and sustainable development of resources and commercial activities.
•    Attend meetings and courses beneficial to the college and personal development.
•    Promote and adhere to the college’s safeguarding, health & safety policies, and procedures.
•    Manage student conduct and promote the welfare of young people and vulnerable groups.
