Lecturer in Electrical Installations
Annual Salary: £33,026 - £47,114 (depending on qualifications)

Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to learners from Level 1 to Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum and industry standards.
Assess and evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain up-to-date records of learners' progress and attendance.
Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure content is relevant and current.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in continuous professional development.
Support learners in achieving their educational and career goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., 2391, 2330, 2365, Gold Card or equivalent).
Substantial industry experience as an electrician.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and learner development.
A Level 5 teaching qualification, such as DETS, or a willingness to work towards one.
Possess an assessor qualification or be prepared to undertake the qualification.
Recent and relevant experience of teaching subjects to learners from Level 1 to Level 3, including 8202, 18th edition, and 2391.
Knowledge of Electrical Installation City & Guilds.
