We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Educator to join a warm, welcoming early years setting that prides itself on creating a true“home‑from‑home” environment for children.

This setting follows a child‑centred philosophy, encouraging children to explore, be curious, and develop into confident, independent learners through meaningful play and high-quality experiences.

About the Role

You will play a key part in delivering a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child is supported as an individual. The nursery places strong emphasis on holistic development, ensuring children thrive socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
  • Planning engaging, play-based activities that inspire curiosity and creativity
  • Supporting children to develop confidence, independence and strong social skills
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Observing, assessing and tracking children’s progress
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
