We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive legal team based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative and communication skills to provide key support to Fee Earners and Directors across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners and Directors
  • Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal documents, file notes and other legal documentation
  • Managing and maintaining client files accurately using a case management system
  • Handling electronic filing in line with compliance procedures
  • Answering telephone calls professionally and taking accurate messages
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with reception and switchboard cover as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (60–70 WPM desirable)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
